In each part of our mission there is a focus on the consumer and their preferences. After all, my father has always said that the most important thing we must do is listen to the consumers. They are not always right, but their voice is powerful, and we should always be listening.

It’s why, of our seven company core values, customer satisfaction is the first one. As a company, it is extremely important that we take the initiative to listen, give detailed feedback, and meet the demands of customers all while having a respectful and dedicated attitude.

It takes a great deal of humility to listen. And as you become more successful, staying humble and grounded can become more and more difficult—you begin to believe you know best, sometimes forgetting that ultimately, the customer knows best.

How We Make Their Voice a Priority

Understanding what your customers’ wants takes effort. The factors underpinning consumer decisions are complicated and often subconscious. We make it a priority to understand who, where, what, when, and why as it pertains to our customers: observing their thoughts and behaviors as they eat, sleep, work, and play. We really want to understand what makes our consumers tick and how that relates to their life experience and the products they choose.
